From private donor celebrations to community-wide festivities, this is a busy time that you won’t want to miss at Janesville's newest event center.

Donor Gala Event

Thank you to our amazing community donors.

The celebration begins with a meaningful evening dedicated to the donors, partners, and civic leaders who brought the Woodman’s Center to life. Guests will enjoy cocktails, guided facility tours, dinner, and remarks from the community, the Friends, and project leaders.

This exclusive, invitation-only event is our way of saying thank you to the visionaries and supporters who made this dream possible.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Friday, September 19 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The doors officially open! Join community leaders, neighbors, and friends as we cut the ribbon and welcome the public for a complete look inside, for the very first time. Bring your family and your excitement to help us mark this historic moment for Janesville.

Woodman’s Welcome Weekend

Janesville Jets Home Opener

Janesville Youth Hockey Break the Ice Bash

Saturday, September 27 | 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The opening celebrations wrap up with a full day of fun hosted by Janesville Youth Hockey. Enjoy live music, food trucks, a game zone, lounge, and a silent auction, all while supporting local youth hockey programs and exploring the new Woodman’s Center.
