The Woodman’s Sports & Convention Center, is set to open in fall 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, September 19, followed by a full weekend of community events on September 20 and 21.

This incredible project is happening because of you and the more than $9M in private funds raised through the Friends of the Woodman's Center. Your support as donors, partners, and community members has turned a long-held vision into a soon to be reality.

The nearly 140,000 square-foot facility is almost complete and includes:

​

• Mercyhealth Arena, a 1,500-seat, year-round ice rink for hockey, figure skating, and special events

• Multipurpose Arena, a flexible space that converts between ice and hard court or turf, with seating for 250

• Kennedy Conference Center, offering 25,800 square feet for conventions, trade shows, banquets, and more

 

Designed with flexibility and purpose, the Woodman’s Center is ready to host athletic tournaments, expos, business events, and community celebrations and a place for connection, growth, and civic pride.
